Bench Management Application
Led analysis, design, and development
of Internet based tool to manage consulting resources. The objective of the
system was to provide a central source for regional information concerning the
current status of all billable and potentially billable employees. The system
helped staffing managers keep track of current assignments and forecast
potential employee assignments. The system was designed to be interfaced with
competency management systems for employee assignment forecasting.
